These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 365k ("365k", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 365k.bio. These Terms govern all use of the 365k platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, payment services, promotional programmes, and any other products or features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 365k platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 365k platform or create an account.

365k reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Access to 365k and participation in any gambling activity offered on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform. 365k strictly enforces this age requirement.
2. You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being). Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as players on 365k.
3. You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or officer of 365k, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme with 365k or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

365k reserves the right to request eligibility verification at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by 365k support will result in account suspension pending resolution.

To access real-money gambling features on the 365k platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account at 365k. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide the following accurate and complete information during registration:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• A valid email address that you own and have access to
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (required for JazzCash / EasyPaisa transaction verification)

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If any registered detail changes — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify 365k support promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

All financial transactions on the 365k platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365k does not apply currency conversion charges to PKR deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are accepted at 365k:

• JazzCash — Deposits credited instantly; withdrawals processed same-day for verified accounts
• EasyPaisa — Deposits credited instantly; withdrawals processed same-day for verified accounts
• Raast / 1LINK — Typically 5–10 minutes
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — Bank transfers typically settle within 15–30 minutes
• Over-the-Counter Cash Deposit — Subject to branch processing times
• SadaPay / NayaPay — Processing times in line with network availability

The minimum deposit at 365k is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within the 365k cashier at the time of the transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification. 365k will not process a withdrawal to a payment method that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit — this is an anti-money-laundering control applied consistently across all 365k accounts. Player funds at 365k are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with the company's operational funds.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 365k sportsbook, including pre-match betting, live in-play betting, and futures markets across cricket (PSL, Pakistan national team, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, UFC, tennis, and all other sports offered on the platform.

• A bet is considered placed and binding once you receive a confirmation message from the 365k platform. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation unless 365k cancels the market in accordance with these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are set per market and displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. These limits may vary between pre-match and in-play markets.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of your confirmation are the odds that apply to your settled bet.
• In the event of an obviously erroneous or "palpable error" odds price (i.e., a price that is clearly incorrect and would not have been offered under normal market conditions), 365k reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Markets affected by match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation will be settled in accordance with 365k's sport-specific settlement rules, which are available in the Help section of the platform.
• 365k reserves the right to limit or decline any individual bet at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as engaging in systematic arbitrage or bonus abuse strategies.

All casino games offered on the 365k Casino platform — including slots such as Monster Plinko and Double Fortune, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and game-show-format titles — are provided by certified third-party software providers and regulated live dealer studios. All slot titles use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to confirm statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios in real time. The results of live dealer games are determined by the physical equipment used in the studio (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) under the supervision of the studio operator. 365k is not responsible for studio-side technical interruptions beyond the platform's control.

• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the round will be settled automatically based on the game's logic at the point of disconnection. Reconnecting and re-entering a game mid-round does not entitle the player to alter their wager or outcome.
• Casino games must not be played using any automated software, macros, or scripted tools. All play must be carried out personally by the registered account holder.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the software provider and available in the game's information panel. 365k does not modify published RTP figures.

365k offers promotional bonuses to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are denominated in PKR and are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. The following general bonus rules apply across all 365k promotions:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
2. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are detailed in the individual promotion's terms.
3. Time Limits: All 365k bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
4. One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus may be held in a 365k account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to systematically exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinating with other players — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

365k reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, the player's already-acquired bonus entitlement will be honoured in accordance with the terms that were active at the time of opt-in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365k platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance (real-money and bonus), and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Registering more than one account on 365k, or assisting any other person to register a duplicate account
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical tool to interact with the 365k sportsbook or casino
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players on the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 365k platform for financial gain — any such exploitation must be reported to 365k support immediately
• Using the 365k platform in furtherance of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers or pricing errors
• Chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank, etc.) after funds have been credited and wagered at 365k
• Impersonating another person or providing false identification documents during KYC verification
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location

365k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable recreational activity for adults. If gambling is no longer enjoyable, or if it is causing financial, emotional, or interpersonal harm, 365k urges you to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 365k players free of charge, accessible directly from account settings after 365k login:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased (not increased) without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Timers — Set a maximum continuous playing session duration. 365k will notify you when your time limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the 365k platform for a minimum period of 6 months. 365k will close your account and return any remaining balance. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

All content on the 365k platform — including but not limited to the 365k brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, odds data, casino game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 365k or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365k platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any 365k content; use 365k's brand, logo, or materials for any commercial purpose; scrape or extract data from the 365k platform by automated means; or frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate the 365k platform into any other website or application.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 365k's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 365k account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

365k shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, internet connectivity issues, or events outside 365k's reasonable control
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, etc.)
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits 365k's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your 365k account at any time by contacting 365k support via live chat. Upon closure at your request, 365k will process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

365k reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account — and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation — if 365k reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if account closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirements. Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, any balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 365k's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between you and 365k in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you agree to first contact 365k support to seek an informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification to 365k support, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under 365k's international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.

365k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 365k will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the 365k platform upon login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 365k platform and close your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 365k recommends that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
